Thank you for sending your application for the 2016 SCW Band Arts and Crafts Fair. As you may know based on communications with our coordinating representatives, we have made some changes this year to the booth locations. We have been working diligently to meet vendor requests in assigning locations. While we feel the new vendor locations will greatly enhance the customer experience, there have been challenges as is to be expected with change. We're working very hard to identify the challenges ahead of time so that you are setup to be successful. Because of this, and the fact that the event has hit a record enrollment, we are still working on booth assignments.
We are finalizing the map now and will be mailing booth assignments soon. We will send you an email when everything is completed so that you'll know to be looking for our letter in the mail. In the mean time, please be sure to read the guidelines listed below. I can't believe this myself, but the guidelines do not list the setup time. You may begin setup on Saturday Morning, December 10th at 6:30am. The email will contain general reminders that you need to be aware of when preparing to conduct business at our event, but again I reiterate the importance of reading the festival guidelines that you have agreed to in your application.
